hi
My husband was offered a job with a firm in the US. His prospective employer filed for labor cert which was denied for the reason that he had not advertised in a Sunday edition of the local paper (he had). He appealed that and was then denied for not lodging the job with the labor dept. (Again he had) He appealed that denial and was then told that he was not offering enough per hour in wages. He had asked around and took the average pay for the job offered. He appealed again. That was in October. Neither us nor the prospective employer ave heard anything since.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we or the prospective employer should do next?
The labor cert was applied for with the new PERM system.
Thanks.
