Full Time Job Offer
Hi,
I'm working for a company in an EVC model (1 Vendor Tek Systems). I'm on H1b visa. I filed my PERM Labor from my employer on 16th December 2014. Now the client is offering a full time job and promising me that they will take care of my H1b and Green Card. Is this a good decision to take the full time job offer? If i take the offer then What happens to my Labor if it gets approved? Will I be able to move on with the same labor or the client will apply for a new one? Is the priority date gonna change or remains the same? What about the I-140? If i take this offer and later, after a few years if the client fires me, then will I be able to move on with my I-140?
Please help. I'm stuck and don't know what to do?
