Indian 2 year Masters + 3 year Bachelor equivalent degree in US?

Hi, I need an help to understand if i am eligible to apply Green card under EB3.

I did my master in MBA- Marketing and Bachelor in BSC- electronics in India. also I have total 14 years of work experience. My company is in the process of applying green card for me. My education evaluation when the H1-B petition was applied says that my Bachelor combined with Masters is equivalent to US bachelor degree. Job advertisement for my position is advertised as bachelor degree required. Now my company attorney is requesting to get the education evaluation done stating that my Master degree alone is equivalent to US bachelor. How is this possible? I am getting confused now. As per the initial education evaluation my bachelor combined with masters is equivalent to US bachelor. My question is am I eligible to apply PERM application with my current education under EB3/EB2. Please reply me ASAP as i have a meeting with out company layer to discuss on this topic.
