Small error on PERM application, email sent. Mistake?

There is a very minor error on my PERM application, pertaining to a year of education qualification. I have better qualification that pertains to the job I am going to join that matter more than this application. I noticed this as soon as I saw the application but my lawyer had filed it buy then.

I asked my lawyer not to do anything about it, but he ended up emailing the DOL about it asking them to "correct" it during review.

Am I screwed? Will DOL attach the email to application and automatically deny my application?
