I am a current employee (TN status) of a us company for about two years. Company plans to file PERM application for my position in 2015.
Do I need to apply and interview for position again in response to the pre- PERM filling recruitment activities.
How important is it that the employee shows that I went through the same process/interview questions as current applicants in 2015?
