processing time after sending 45 days letter

Can you help in providing information if any of you guys have your labor processed after sending the 45 day letter. My letter was send to INS in April,2005 but still no update

I returned the 45days letter about the same time. I got approved on 1/25/06.
Probably you will get it soon...
If you are on EB3 just like me, then we are still a few years away from GC.
