H1-B Amendment related question
Hi,
I got my H1B from the employer 'A' (a consulting company) in 2014 with location as Edison city for client YY and I travelled to US in April 2015 and joined client XX on 15th May 2015 in different location 'North Carolina' through the same employer 'A' but they have not filed the amendment till now as they have time till August 2015. Now I got another full time offer from company ZZ in Virginia and they have started transferring my H1B visa.
So I would like to know if my current employer i.e. employer 'A' won't file for amendment before my visa transfer to company ZZ then it will create any problem(related to visa stamping etc.) in future?
