H1 Transfer in Perm Audit Case

I got the perm processing result as "Audit", but since my perm was filed a year before my visa (h1) expiry date, I got an extension of an year on it. Now, I have another job offer from other company and would like to transfer my h1 visa to the new company.

1. Can I transfer my visa to company B when I have Perm under audit through company A or I need to wait for the audit clearance?
