My LC has been applied through PERM and it's more than 100 days pending. As per my attorney, they have sent in an inquiry on my case, but due to the fact that the inquiry system is brand new, theye have no timeframe for when they may receive a response or if they will receive a response at all.
Please let me know whether this is normal or any solution to this.
