IS GC processing for University employees quicker?

Hi everybody,

This is a really great forum to know details about GC.

I'm working as a regular, full time, non-tenure track fulltime employee at a University. Just like the H1 cap doesnt apply to university employees, Is it true that Green card processing also happens at a faster pace than other applications as the Univ being a non-profit organization?

I would really appreciate if anybody could throw some light on this...
