Hello All,
Company A and B are run by the same management. I am employed by Company B but my Labor certification is going to be filed by the Company A which is the parent company. So under the Labor application form, Section J. 23. Is the alien currently employed by the petitioning employer. The answers is NO
Please let me know if this is not going to be an issue in future. Is this acceptable for Labor filing?
