Hi,
According to DOL website they are processing PERM applications from October, 2015 currently.
My application was submitted at Apr, 2015. Which means that it is 6 months behind.
The attorney says that they ran an online check and it is still in "processing" status.
Is that normal? Is there anything I can do (or my attorneys can do) to make it faster?
I'm worrying as my H1 status will expire in Aug 2016, but lawyers says that they can file an extension for another year after Apr 2016 (PERM pending more than a year).
Please, advise.
