45 Days Letter...
Hi,
My company filed for my LC on January 2004. A receipt with case number was received a couple of weeks latter. As you all know in March 2005 all cases were transfered to backlog centers and mine was transfered to Texas.
On the website they say about a 45 days letter that they will send to the employers telling about any missing documentation or if the employer wants to continue with the case.
In September 2005 my employer sent a letter to Texas backlog center telling them that our company has not reveived any 45 days letter yet. They didn't answer. In December my employer created an account online to file online my case, since they say that in this way it takes only 40 days to process. Till now my company has not received the PIN and password that they were supposed to provide to use the online account. Another letter was sent in January 2006 and no repply yet.
My question is: Is there anybody here that has not received the 45 days letter yet? It's been a long time since they have all the cases in those backlog centers.
