GC Eligibility

Hello Friends,

I have been 2 yrs in this country on h1b.My basic qualification is Diploma in mech Engg done in 1995.I have 11.5yrs of exp & work in CAD/CAm area till now.I have completed my BS & MS in mech engg thru correspondence from an American online university, each of 2 yrs duration.
But am not sure whether those degrees are accredited or not.Kindly do clarify me, whether am i eligible to apply for GC or i should go back once my H1 Expires.

Which University did you go?. There are a lot of Unaccredited Universities in US. The university should be Regionally Accredited.
Its illegal to use an unaccredited degree for Immigration purposes.
