After viewing some threads, I have a question about my case.
I'm in my 6th yr of H1 and it ends in Nov 2006. I am working for company A.
Company B filed my LC thru RIR in March 2005 as future employee, which is before my 5th yr of H1 ended.
Now I want to start a new LC thru Company A in PERM process. If I get LC and I 140 approved before my 6th yr H1 completion, Can company A extend my H1 for 7th yr ? Or should I join company B to get H1 extended for 7th yr ?
And if company A file my LC in April thru PERM as EB2, is there any chance to get LC and I 140 approved by Oct / Nov this yr ?
Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
