Hi,
As of today I have only 2.5 more months left for my H1B to max out. I kicked off my GC processing with my employer, and they completed the recruitment by April 2016 and due to Organizational constraints they have put GC processing on hold.
What are my options now..?
If I go back to India "AFTER" (Aug 2016 - H1b max time) will I be eligible to apply for PERM...? or Should I go to India before my max-out time..? will there be any advantage in doing so..?
