Hi All,
Need some help. My Job role and experience is as network Engineer/ Network Admin.
My Lawyer did not share ETA Form 9089 while submitting and when it got approved he provided me my case number. That time I found the Job title he mentioned was Database Administrator under "H Jon Opportunity Information".
Inside the same form he mentioned Occupation Title as Network and Computer System Administrator under "F. Prevailing Wages Section information" In the same section the job duties are mentioned are suitable for network engineer position.
When I asked him about why he did not ask/share the ETA form 9089 with me, he answered : -"In the perm system, there is no title as network engineer/administrator. As long as it is in the IT field, no problem at all. We always choose the most appropriate title for the clients.DBA is the tile you will have after you get green card. It does not matter what title you have now. "
I am feeling like the explanation my lawyer is giving is incorrect to hind the mistake he did. Anyone know if that Network Engineer/ Admin job title is not an available option in ETA Form 9089?
