  • Is There Anybody Here That...?

I would like to know if there is anybody here that has not received the
45 days letter yet. My company file my case in 2004 and we have not received the "famous" 45 days letter yet.
    I really appreciate any comment...

    Thanks

I was in the same boat. My company decided to reapply thro PERM retaining my 2003 priority date. I think you should do the same.

If your company is ready to bear all the expenses of re-applying through PERM, go for it. Otherwise just wait. PERM is an expensive business and most of my friends who applied through perm recently have been waiting too long to get their labor cleared. It costs around $5500, I'd rather get a used car or take a European vacation with that money than waste it on PERM.
