EB2 Vs Pre Approved Labor EB3, Please Advice

Hi Guys,

I need an advice.
I am BE(CSE) with 9 years experience
My Employer has offered me to do GC under EB2 Category using PERM.
He has also offered me Pre Approved Labor with Priority Date of July2004

Is Filing for EB2 is better or taking Pre Approved Labor with Priority Dated July 2004 is Better, Please advice
