Hi,
I have a question about the green card process based on labor certification. My current employer filed for my labor certification and I had all the processes done and filed my I-485 almost 2 months ago as well and 3 weeks ago I had the biometrics for I-485 done.
Now a recruiter has called me and offered me a new job with a great salary + benefit package. My question is that if I quit my current employer who has filed for my labor cert, what would happen to my green card process? Can my current employer stop my green card processing at this step that I have finished the biometrics too?
