Hi,
I'm in the 4th year of my H1. My employer had filed PERM for me about a year ago which just go denied because of some error on our part. The company just filed a reconsideration for me with the CO (and will re-file PERM if necessary). I just received an offer for full-time employment from another company which is my dream company which promised to file PERM ASAP. I want to take up the new job but I am confused:
1. What happens to my old PERM (reconsideration) application once I leave the company?
2. Is there something I need to do once I resign to ensure that my old PERM application doesn't impede my new one?
2. Assuming that I resign tomorrow, when is the soonest my new company can file PERM for me?
