My H1B visa is with a consulting firm A(my current employer) and I been working in company B(client) as a consultant for 6 years.
Now company B is offering me full time position and willing to apply GC in EB2 with Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience.
Since I am a consultant for company B, am I eligible to claim those 6 years as an experience while apply GC in EB2?
