Hi,
I'm currently in the process of acquiring a Labor Certification for work in the United States. My employer is asking me to pay for the Labor Certification fee which is according to him, around $312. I would like to ask if there are risks towards doing this? If I have to pay for the fee, am I going to pay directly to the US Immigration?
