H1B - PERM Process started - Is it possible to convert L1A

Hi ,
Currently I am in H1B in 4th year and 10 months and in US and now my company is sponsoring me Green card through EB2/EB3 and have asked me to submit the documents. My question is after submitting the documents, when PERM is in process which is probably in EB2/EB3. Is it possible at some point i can get converted from H1B converted to L1A to have executive manager cadre. Pls clarify me with this doubt.
