Just wanted to know, what would be the fair trade-in money and/or billing rate cut to give, when switching to a company that has an approved LABOR petition. The Priority date is DEC 2002 in EB3 category.
Your valuable input is highly appreciated. Do we pay some amount upfront and agree for a % in the billing rate, if you were to continue working for the same client, just switch the billing from the vendor to new company that has the labor approved.
