PERM submission deadline missed

Hello,

My attornies have missed the deadline to submit the PERM, can anyone experienced this before and what is the procedure to resubmit it without going through all the process like job interviews, cooling period and all after getting the wages ?

Are you referring to Section F, item 8 in Form 9089? This is a deadline that the hiring should end by, you are allowed to submit PERM after this date.
