Hi Guys. I have 2 items to discuss.Hoping to get some help from here.
1. Company A applied for my perm. Due to personal issues i moved to company B before perm was approved. Now the approved perm has just expired and Company A was merged with a huge company C. If I move to company C with same salary and position as before, can they directly re-file my labor if the earlier prevailing wage and also are valid.
2. If perm and I140 are delayed by 1-2 months which can also just cross 6 yrs H1, can i take 2 months leave and stay at my home country and file extension once i get the I140 ?
