    Labor query

    I have B.Sc(3 years ) and Post graduate Diploma in Computer application(1 year) which was evaluated as Bachelor degree when I got my H1.I have completed 4 and 1/2 years in US and having some years of experience in India.My attorney says my case will be EB2.
    Will I be qualify?
    Do i need experience letter from previous employers? what if they deny?
