Perm denied
Hello,
I was told by my HR that my PERM application was rejected as they had other visa petitions being filed. No i have to wait till september before we start again.
Has any one experienced this before? I find this reason hard to believe. Also, does USCIS send out notifications of reason of denial? what that form/letter would be called (Form number etc.)
