I am on L1 and my company is sponsoring me for GC.
I am in initial part of my 3 year L1 visa, just 3 months completed.
I do not know whether to proceed for GC by "Adjustment" process or "Consular method". I do not know how quickly Consular and how long it takes on Adjustment. If GC procedure is ultimately based on each country's quta basis, how can Consularv process be quickly.
Pls. advice me your frank feed-back on these two?
