Hi,
I have got my LC approval (with Priority date of Sept 3 2002). I am in the EB2 category.
My question is about filiing my I-140 and I-485 concurrently (since it is current).
The situation is that currently my wife is out of the country on work and would be back in about 1-2 months and I got the approval in her absence.
1. What is the cutoff time that I can add my wife to the Green Card process before she gets into the period of waiting for years for HER green card?
2. She cannot be included in the application UNLESS she is in the country, right?
3. Any idea how long it is taking for I-485 to clear (months ..?)
