Hi I have yet to complete 6 years on my H1 and 2 years are remaining. I have valid petition till end of year 5. Can employer file both PERM and 6th year H1 extension in parallel? One may get filed before another, it means first PERM gets filed and then after few days 6th year H1b extension gets filed or vice-e-versa.
