PERM filed in Oct-16,HR saying Still pending with DOL.How to verify?H1b expires soon.
Hi Senors - please respond to my query...
My 5th year of H1B is in going on. PERM was filed in 2016, October.
While followed up with HR, they say it is still pending with DOL. Meanwhile my H1b is going to expire in a few months.
My questions:
1. What is the current PERM approval timings? i thought it was 3-4 months. But is it getting delayed now a days due to current political situation?
2. Is there a way to track my application status?
