Hi guys, my PERM was filed back in july 2017. however i just realized that my company's name on form 9089 C1 section is "ZZZ Limited", but in all the advertisements my company's name is "ZZZ LLC", so there is a company name suffix difference, but the name is the same thou. in the company's IRS documents is called"ZZZ limited", but in other documents are "ZZZ LLC", I asked my boss, YYYY LLC seems to be the legal name of my company. however will that gonna be a problem with perm? will DOL going to Denial it cuz i heard some stories that DOL will not tolerate even a misspelling problem. Guys please i need opinions, Thanks
