Hi Team,
My company has initiated the GC Processing for me in this month. They are going to file Prevailing wage by Jan 2018 and rest of the process will follow after that. My H1B will max out in February 2019.
I am expecting that my PERM will be approved by December 2018.
My question is can I extend my H1B after 6 years with approved PERM or Do we need 140 approval for extending H1B beyond 6 years?
