Any email format to contact Atlanta help desk?
Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know, if there is any specific format to send email to '[email protected]' to ask them about a file status?
Does anyone still waiting for perm approval from May 2017 with no Audit? Or I am the only one staill waiting for the approval.
According to dol website(https://icert.doleta.gov/#fragment-2), i can contact helpdesk about my file status.
But since my employer submitted my perm file, is that OK to contact helpdesk by myself? Or my employer has to do that?
