Hello friends,
I need some help regarding the substitution of labour..Now i m with comp "A" & comp "B"is offering me EB2 labour filed in june 2003.
Now all my skill sets are matching with that labour,the only problem is my education is not matching..means i studied bsc(4 years course) nd 1-year pgdca...nd i have 7 years experience
but the (education ) of the other person is of b.sc nd m.c.a.Is it neccessary that both the persons education should match.
am i eligible for it...pls help nd give some advice if anyone has undergone this position..people r telling that lawyers can manipulate ..is it true..its very urgent since i need to take decision..to join in comp "B".
