Backlog Recovery Center

My labour certification started in June 2003, from Virginia. My employer received letter from the Backlog Recovery Center to confirm intent to process further. My employer replied, and a year has passed and nothing has happened.

I have no clue what to do next, please advice!

relax buddy.. you are not the only one. I got my 45 day letter sometime back too and replied to that and nothing happened. Get into something to take your mind off the green card process. like e.g. buying a house so you'll be buzy struggling to pay off the house rather than thinking and waiting for the green card.
