Background:
One of the previous employers say 'A' has filed EB3 labor for me
Recently, I joined employer 'B' who filed my labor thru EB2 (faster) and I am in I140 stage. I am starting my 7th year H1B extension thru emplyer 'B'.
Question:
If in 7th or later year of my H1B, something happens to (my employment with) employer 'B',
can I transfer my H1B visa (in 7th or later year) to employer 'A' since I already have a labor in progress with him? (Fair assumption is : He is fine with me coming back to work for him)
(PS: 'He' means employing firm and not a male person. Thanks)
Thanks
Sandeep
