Perm Status

Hi,

My Perm was filed on February 28th & waiting for the result. My Max out of H1b was September 16th 2018. Could anybody help me how perm process is going on & is it good to wait for Perm till End of July.

Is it possible to change H1b to L1A during perm application in process.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions on my situation.
