How to interpret ETA case number?

Hi ....,

Can anyone please explain me how to interpret ETA case number?

My LC was filed from Boston and moved to Philadelphia backlog center.
Few months ago when my lawyer asked for a snapshot, Case number was T-052XX- YYYY X.

Request the same info to file 7th year h1b extension.
Now the case number is P-052XX- YYYY X

So far I have not received the 45 –day letter.
please let me know how to interpret all 10 digits in the case number and the above letter change is related to Issuance of 45 day notification letter or not?

dont waste time interpreting the ETA case number. learn how to interpret new languages. thats more useful. thinking about the snapshot and all just causes unwanted stress. there are many people in the same boat and absolutely frustrated but nothing can be done about it.
