45 Day letter

My company sent my 45 Day letter today to Dallas. I just wanted to know what happens next. And also how long approximately will it take for my labor approval from now?

what happens next -> nothing. Sit back, relax and forget about the green card. There are better opportunities in other countries too now. Dont waste your money re-applying for PERM or transfer your H1b. Save that money and invest wisely.

Just got the 45 days letter

Hi all........
We just answered the 45 days letter yesterday.
I don't know how long the process till I get the travel permit.
I have H1B working permit, but not H1B visa, since I never leaved US since had entered with F Visa.
Yerterday, My Employer asked me to go to Canada with him for bussines travel. I told him I can travel to Canada but then I have to go back to my country apply fo H1B Visa wait at least for 2 month to get an interview....and waiting,waiting,waiting....maybe get the visa...and get back tu US.
So give me long vacation and be prepare to help me to sell my cars, my house, send my family back and hire a new enginer in case I don't get the visa. Or I can work from my country....save money not paying Taxes, SSN, Medicare
