Hi All,
I have got my Labour approved which was filed in yr 2001.
Since I am still a bachelor I have following question, I hope some of may respond.
1. How much I can delay before applying for I-140?
2. If I apply for form I-140, how much time it takes normally to get the EAD.
3. If after getting the EAD approved can I still maintaing my H1B status so if i got married I can bring my wife to US on H4.
4. How much time I can delay the filing of I-485 after I get the approved EAD.
