Regarding PERM application & I140 for future & current employer
I need your help for the below question.
I work for a company ?A?. My PERM based on future employment has been approved with company ?B? & now I140 has been submitted with Company ?B?.
Meanwhile my current employer ?A? is planning to file a fresh PERM application.
I wanted to understand will there be any issues on my current employers ?A? PERM application which is yet to be submitted if.
1. If My future employer based ?B? I140 goes into RFE or gets denial or get approved.
2. Will there be any complication of PERM approval with current employer ?A? when already having PERM approved with future employer ?B?.
The reason to ask you is that my future employer is very small company & I heard a lot of negative feedback about him.
Now since my current employer ?A? has started the process, I want to continue with current employer ?A? only.
Please suggest.
