Incorrect SOC Occupation Title - Department of Labor

Hello,

I have a issue with labor certification (prevailing wage determination) stage of PERM process. In particular, my H1B SOC occupation title is Civil Engineer. We have submitted similar job description and occupation title (Civil engineer) for PERM labor certification. Department of Labor has come back saying that occupation title should be Sales Engineer. This is 100% not accurate and this position has much higher salary levels.
Did anyone have similar issue? How did you resolve it?
