Applying on already cleared labour valid or not

Hello friends,

I need some help regarding the substitution of labour..Now i'm with comp "A" & comp "B"is offering me EB2 labour filed in june 2003.

If all my skill sets match with that labour, can i accept the offer?
Or is there is any risk in taking such offers? Is applying on already cleared labour valid now?Because i have heard rumors that they are not valid now. Is it true? please help me in taking a good decision.
