Mandatory requirements means?

Hi Team,

I can see below steps in the PERM processing for H1B

1. PERM Publish job advertisements
2. PERM Prevailing wage determination
3. File PERM with DOL

My Employer is saying that currently "Mandatory requirements" is going on. Does it mean that it is part of Step 2 in the above PERM processing flow?

Could be anything but more likely the Publish job advertisement. for H1-B job advertisement has to be up for 2 weeks for green card 2 months.

- Case Approved: 10/04/2019
- Card in hand: 10/10/2019
(374 days of DOL/I-140 and 356 days of AOS = 730 days of Green Card Process)
