Hi All,
I have a question regarding travelling to india when green card application is in process.
Currently, I am on H1B (from last 1.5 years). I want to apply for GC in Jan 2007. I would require to travel to India in Dec 2007 for some family matter. I know there is certain stage in GC processing after which you cannot leave US.
My Question : Is it possible to travel to India when you green card application is in progress ? After what stage you cannot leave US when GC is processing.
