GC Question

Hi,

My husband is here on H1 and I am on H4. This fiscal year I will be getting my H1. If my husband's company file his GC, will I be automatically included?.

no, if you are on H1, you are not a dependent. But before the fingerprinting of his green card (at least 4 years from now) you can convert back to H4 from the H1 and you can be included.

just make sure if you want to fly outside the US, ask your employer to run 2-3 paystubs so you can get your visa stamped. You can pay them and they can run the payroll.
