applying for labor - a question - urgent
Hi,
I have done masters in BITS Pilani, INDIA. It was a Distance learning course. I was working while I was doing Masters.
Since I have 6+ yrs of exp, I come into EB2 category anyways either with Bachelors or with Masters. Now I'm applying for Labor.
My employer feels, Masters' Distance learning course may cause many queries to be answered in future stages.
Should I apply with "Masters" (Software Systems) or "Bachelors" (BE Comp. Sc) ? I guess the same degree should go into my Labor's job posting as well.
I also understand that If I go with Masters, my Masters degree should undergo evaluation here in USA.
Anyone you know has undergone a simlilar situation?
